A Team Builders Trust
Since 2019, OM Business Solutions LLC has grown from a single Central Florida operation into a two-region company serving builders across six counties. That growth didn't happen because we chased every opportunity — it happened because we hired people who take ownership of their territory, their relationships, and their word.
We're a lean, fast-moving company. That means less bureaucracy and more direct impact — the work you do this week shows up on a job site next week. If you're the kind of person who'd rather build something real than sit in meetings about building something real, you'll fit in here.
Current Opportunities
Territory Manager / Construction Events Foreman
The role at the center of everything we do.
Our Territory Managers are the reason builders keep coming back to us. Operating under the working title of Construction Events Foreman, this role blends hands-on construction knowledge with sales and account management — you're not behind a desk, you're on job sites, in front of builders, solving problems in real time.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with local homebuilders, general contractors, and subcontractors in your assigned territory
- Walk job sites to assess material and labor needs and verify work aligns with approved plans
- Coordinate labor crews, staffing, and scheduling to meet builder timelines
- Prepare quotes and pricing, negotiate agreements, and manage the account relationship end-to-end
- Troubleshoot delays, material shortages, and job-site logistics alongside our operations team
What You'll Need
- Completion of a recognized trade apprenticeship program and/or a trade school degree or certificate in a construction-related field
- Working knowledge of residential and/or light commercial construction
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation — this role requires regular travel throughout your territory
- Prior experience in construction or construction sales is a plus, but we also welcome recent trade school graduates ready to grow
Career path: Territory Manager → Senior Territory Manager → Regional Manager → Leadership. We promote from within — several of our current regional leads started exactly where you'd be starting.
